Along with creating a digipak, we also created a vinyl album in order to better adhere to the long tail theory. Chris anderson explains that once an artist establishes a star image, thus creating their brand, the music industry will start to create a range of products directed towards their target audiences. For example CD digipak covers are crucial for displaying visual information of the artist before the music is sold. Therefore, with the resurgence of vinyl sale sin the last 3 years, we decided to enlarge the access to our bands brand through an authentic vinyl album.
